You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Pill Rao. You may use Pill Rao only for lawful personal reminder, adherence, recordkeeping, and optional support features. You must provide accurate account information and use the service in accordance with these terms.

Pill Rao is a reminder and adherence support app only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or emergency medical services. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

Pill Rao does not recommend medicines, dosages, schedules, treatment plans, or changes to care. A notification is a convenience and may be delayed, suppressed, or unavailable because of device settings, connectivity, battery controls, software errors, or service outages.

You are responsible for entering medicine names, dosage text, schedules, and other details exactly as advised by your qualified healthcare professional. Verify all information before relying on a reminder. Do not start, stop, skip, combine, or change medicine based on Pill Rao.

Pill Rao is not an emergency service and is not monitored for urgent requests. If you may be experiencing an emergency, adverse reaction, overdose, or immediate danger, contact local emergency services or an appropriate medical professional immediately.

You are responsible for your account credentials, activity performed through your account, and keeping your device secure. Notify us at aanjansai96@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may restrict an account when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service.

Care-circle and encouragement features are optional. Supporters are not healthcare professionals merely because they use Pill Rao. They must not use the service to provide medical advice, diagnose conditions, or direct treatment. Shared progress may be incomplete or delayed.

You must not:

• use Pill Rao to provide medical or emergency services;
• post or send medical advice to other users;
• access another person's account or data without permission;
• upload unlawful, malicious, or unrelated material;
• probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or misuse the service;
• use automated means that impair or overload the service.

Features may change, be suspended, or be discontinued. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, notification delivery, or error-free records.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pill Rao and its operator are not liable for medical decisions, missed or delayed notifications, incorrect user-entered information, actions of family or supporters, device failures, or indirect or consequential losses. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

You may stop using Pill Rao and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious misuse, security risks, or legal requirements. Account deletion is described on the Delete Account page and in the Privacy Policy.

We may revise these terms as the service or applicable requirements change. The new effective date will be posted here. Continued use after an applicable notice means you accept the revised terms.
